For School Districts:

Pre Bus Bid Survey - Please complete this survey if you are interested in participating in the next Bus Bid Process. You are not committed to making any purchases by completing this survey.  This is just to communicate your interest.

Board Resolution - We will need your district to pass a Board Resolution prior to purchasing your bus(es).  After this resolution has passed, please send a copy to Robin.Houston@epcschools.org and keep a copy for your files.  

Trade Ins - If you will have Trade Ins, please list the inormation on our online Trade In Spreadsheet.  If you will not have any Trade Ins, we need to know this too so just let us know via email.  If you are unable to access (or prefer not to use) the online form you may email the information to us.  The information we need:  District ID, State ID, Passenger Capacity, Year of Bus, Type of Bus (Conventional, Transit or Handicapped), Type of Brakes, Chassis, Body, Engine, Transmission, Mileage, Yes or No if the bus is running and please mention any known problems.

Attention Potential Bus Vendors - Please email us to let us know if you are interested in potentially participating in our process.  There will be an EPC Pre Bus Bid Conference Call on Sepember 28, 2018.  Please pre-register here to recieve the details.
