Sealed solicitations will be received by the Association of Educational Purchasing Agencies (AEPA) on behalf of its 31 State Member Agencies until:
11:30 a.m. ET, February 11, 2027
Solicitations: 027.5-A Recreational and Other Structures and Amenities, 027.5-B HVAC Mechanical Equipment and Installation, 027.5-C Flooring, 027.5-D Auditorium, Stadium and Field Seating, and 027.5-E Emergency Vehicles.
All responses shall be submitted online via Euna Procurement by the due date and time listed above. Vendors are requested to visit AEPA’s website at https://aepacoop.org/registration-solicitations/ for instructions on how to register at no cost with Euna Procurement. AEPA documents will be released on January 6, 2027. Note that Vendors must be able to provide their proposed products and services in up to 31 states.
Solicitations will be publicly opened at 12:00 p.m. ET, February 11, 2027 at Regus, 1616 Concierge Blvd, 1st Floor, Daytona Beach, FL 32117. An opening record will be posted to AEPACOOP.org.
