Hi I'm your chief Andrew and your captain Billy and at the end of today you will know what it's like to be a firefighter, and know what we go through each and everyday of our lives.
Firefighters are considered one of the most bravest men and women in the country. These men and women risk there lives everyday for someone that they love, hate,or don't even know. Fire fighting is a job that takes a lot of hard training,dedication, and inner strength.
You have to always be alert and ready for anything to happen because if something goes wrong the outcome can be very bad sometimes even fatal. So today you are taking a trip to one of the busiest fire departments in Boston - Station 56 with Ladder 21. When you are with us you are expected to make every call we get today, so pay attention because you will be asked ten questions about what you have learned . So get your gear ready cause your shift starts now.......
