Lincoln Elementary is a neighborhood school serving students in grades preschool through 5th in the Steubenville (OH) City School District.

The Lincoln staff takes pride in offering every student the opportunity to succeed in and out of school. Success is not always measured by high test scores and honor roll status. Every child has a different success level. The staff realized that and treats every student as an individual.

The school has been fortunate to be "adopted" by the Steubenville Kiwanis. They have sponsored 1st grade Christmas parties, brought equipment for the playground and the building, and have taken the 5th grade on field trips. Many of its members have served the last three years as readers and tutors in our Success For All Reading Program.
