Class:               Global Studies 9

 

Materials needed daily: Textbook/writing materials & homework

                                                (as needed/assigned)

 

Additional materials needed:      Current chapter terms/worksheets

 

Homework procedures:            Usually started in class – completed as homework.  Due day after assigned.  Normally 3-4 worksheets per chapter.

 

Testing procedures:                   Chapter tests – cover notes, worksheets and assigned terms.  Study terms/notes/worksheets.  All test items reviewed day prior to test.

 

Notebooks:                              Keep all notes/ assignments in order by chapter.

 

Additional Assignments:            As required – extra credit possible – assigned each 9weeks. 

 

Grade Structure:                       Each worksheet has a point count, also quizzes/tests.  Usually 500-600 points per nine weeks possible.  Grade determined by dividing total possible into points earned.
