Materials needed daily: Notebook, folder, writing instrument

 

Additional materials needed:      Sewing project – 2nd semester

 

Homework procedures:            unfinished classwork

 

Testing procedures:                   Usually covers 1-2 topics given every 2-3 weeks

                                                Pop quizzes – randomly

 

Notebooks:                              Students will take notes in class and can use this at times on test days.

 

Additional Assignments:            Reports on topics assigned – library work during class

 

Grade Structure:                       Grades are based on points ranging from 400-600 points – average of these points.  Participation grade given – lab grades are a group effort.

 

Additional Information:              During lab weeks – if a student is absent they may make-up these points by making the product (recipe at home) and bring in a sample to the teacher.
