If you need help with any of OME-RESA's services, you can allow a member of
OME-RESA's staff to take remote control of your computer to assist you. The link above opens a small application that allows OME-RESA's support staff to control your computer and see the same screen you are seeing. You can save this application to your computer to run whenever you want, or you can choose to run the program immediately without saving it.
